Crispy Tofu and Baby Bok Choy with Oyster Sauce
Fried Crispy tofu cooked with baby bok choy along with some oyster sauce. This dish is perfect to have with warm rice.

- 8 ounces extra firm tofu cubed
- 3 bunches baby bok choy chopped
- 1 piece onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- Ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups cooking oil
Heat 1 1/2 cups oil in a saucepan. Deep fry tofu until golden brown. Set aside.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Saute garlic and onion.

Once onion softens, add bok choy. Saute for 30 seconds.

Pour beef broth. Let boil. Add fried tofu. Stir. Continue cooking for 1 minute.

Add oyster sauce. Stir. Cook for 30 seconds.

Season with ground black pepper. Serve!
