In a bowl, stir in chicken, salt, ginger powder, garlic powder, pepper and water. Marinate the chicken cubes for 10 minutes.
Make the Frying Batter. In a large bowl, whisk in together all the batter ingredients. Continue whisking until the batter is smooth.
Combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Add the marinated chicken into the batter. Mix it well until all chicken is covered with batter.
Heat up a pan and add about 2 cups of oil on medium to high heat. When the oil is fully heated, gently drop in the battered chicken cubes, one at a time, making sure they are not sticking together. Continue frying for about 7 top 8 minutes or until the color changes to golden brown.
In a pan, pour in the honey sauce mixture. Let it boil then toss in the fried chicken cubes. Add toasted sesame seeds. Mix well.
