Beef with Broccoli Recipe

- ½ lb. Beef tenderloin sliced thinly
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 tablespoons cooking oil
- 4 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 thumb ginger minced
Marinade ingredients
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- ¼ cup Shaoxing cooking wine
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon granulated white sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
Pour marinade over the beef slices. Marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat half of the oil in a pan. garlic and ginger.
Add broccoli florets. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Remove the broccoli from the pan. Set aside.
Pour remaining oil. Drain remaining marinade and place in a bowl. Set aside.
Stir-fry marinated beef until brown.
Add stir-fried broccoli and pour the marinade. Continue to stir-fry until the sauce thickens.
Transfer to a serving plate. Serve.
